Extremely Rare G Plan Sideboard c1960’s

This is an extremely rare G Plan model that we have never come across before and therefore very limited information about it. Possibly designed by Richard Young circa 1962/1963 and only produced for a year or two. Although British made this sideboard exudes a very strong Danish influence in its design. There is a EG (E Gomme) gold stamp on the inside of the 2nd drawer.
The cupboard doors glide along effortlessly to reveal shallow fixed shelves. The 4 side drawers are deep enough and practical to hide away all those nik naks. Athough there are acouple of small age related marks it does not detract from the overal style and design.
Condition: Very Good — This vintage item has no defects, but it may show slight traces of use. Light wear consistent with age and use
