Designed in the 1950’s by Swiss designers Mummenthaler & Meier the idea was solved a problem of working in a limited space whilst also wanting to switch off from work by not having to look at your paperwork in ones free time, enter the now iconic ‘Magic box’ .
When not being used everything including the original lamp simply and easily just fold away to leave just a teak cabinet on show. The numerous storage shelves are perfect for paperwork, books and pens, and even the pull out desk has another sliding tray underneath that could hous a small printer.
There are some scratches to the teak outer case which is to be expected for an item of this age, but this item could easily be painted to blend in with it’s surroundings
Condition: Good — This vintage item has no defects, but it may show slight traces of use. Light wear consistent with age and use
