“Rock’n Rest” lounge chair, designed in Norway by Adolf Relling and Rolf Rastad but produced in the U.K by GIMSON and SLATER in the 60s
The teak wooden frame has beautifully curved wide arms. With the help of a small lever on the right hand side of the underside of the chair you can recline into 8 different locked positions or just gently rock back and forth, hence the name.
This chair was reupholstered in a velvet fabric few years ago by it’s last owner but the chair was never used since the work was carried out, so no rips, marks etc
Condition: Extremely good condition for it’s age. The teak frame shows minimal general age related wear but are all structurally sound.
